In the period 2011-2014 Fishion conducted research into the best market approach for (new) aquaculture initiatives. The research results were used to create a manual, meant to enable entrepreneurs in the aquaculture sector to build a solid sales market and to create consumer acceptance for their products.
With this manual Fishion hopes to contribute to the growth of a successful and sustainable Dutch aquaculture sector.
